Meanwhile we still achieve market rates and monitor the expenses to insure we capture a greater return on your investment.

In today’s world, we are all very electronic. Our tenants operate the same. Therefore they are able to submit a repair request and apply for a residential unit via this website. We also send out most notices via email. We find most tenants prefer to communicate in this manner. We are also here to answer the phone and handle things expediently.
